Project Summary:
The building contains approximately 284,000 gross square feet on twelve(12) floors including the parking level and an interspatial, mezzanine type level for prisoner movement. Housed in this facility are offices for the Supreme Court and Appellate Court and twenty-three (23) court rooms and support space. This $58MM project was performed on a design/build basis with Turner co-coordinating all design efforts through Louis & Henry Group along with design assistance from PSA Engineers.
